Class Description


Punch and kick your way to fitness in this class. High energy, upper body workout, as well as lower body. This class provides balance and coordination and can be modified for beginners, intermediate and advanced.


One hour of easy to follow intense moves geared toward a total overall body workout… think “old school” P.E. class. Jumping Jacks, squats, lunges, pushups, planks, jump rope, jogging/running, etc. This class can be modified for beginners.

Indoor Bootcamp

Build Strength and Increase your Endurance in this indoor group interval class. Intense explosive routines, include a combination of, using your own body weight, plyometrics, lifting weights all while losing body fat and increasing strength.

30 Minute Core

Work your core from the front, sides and back for a complete core challenge.

Cycle Circuit

Exercise is performed on our cycle bikes as well as the floor, step, etc. The exercises performed off the cycle consists of low and high impact aerobics and weights for the upper and lower body. These are timed intervals. For example: One song on the cycle, one song on the floor. Medium to high intensity but can be modified for beginners.

Muscle Mania

Be Prepared to leave both sweaty and sore by the end of this muscle conditioning class. Utilize both body weight and added weights to improve your strength and achieve optimal muscle tone.

Circuit Training

Come to this class expecting to challenge yourself by pushing yourself to your limits during each interval. This class pairs muscle based moves with cardio moves to provide a circuit style workout that allows you to take your workout to the next level.

Strength Training

Preserve the muscle you have and lose that body fat! Weights, bands, balls and bars are all used to present a challenging, fun class.

Body Fusion

Enjoy body-sculpting dance moves with light weights, upbeat music and plenty of abdominal training to firm and shape your body!


A combination of Latin and international music. Zumba creates exciting and effective fitness through dance routines. Zumba utilizies interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and toning.

30 Min Circuit Training

This class pairs muscle based moves with cardio moves to provide a circuit style workout that allows you to take your workout to the next level all in 30 minues!

High Intensity Interval Training

This class is quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short sometimes active recovery periods. Our instructor will make sure to give you the drive you need to give it all you got in this cardio driven class.
